1. What is the process for booking a speaker / performer?
   
   After you call, e-mail or fax your event name, topic, theme, location, three prioritized dates, the honorarium you are offering, and the speaker / performer you want, then Ma & Pa will contact you to verify the information.
   
   After verification, the speaker / performer is contacted to clear the date(s), the time, and to confirm the acceptance of the honorarium.
   
   Ma & Pa Productions will then contact you (the sponsor) to relate that the performer / speaker has or has not accepted all terms.  When all terms are accepted, Ma & Pa Productions then issues you a contract.
   
   The contract and an information update sheet is sent to you (sponsor)  within 48 hours or less with a notification of your proposed engagement to the speaker / performer.
   
   Once you return the signed contract with the agreed deposit, we then send pictures, bios and promotional materials.
   
   On the day of your event, we "travel electronically" with the speaker / performer and smooth out any hitches should they occur.
   
    
2. Do I pay the speaker / performer and Ma & Pa Productions?
   
   No, Ma & Pa's fee is paid by the speaker / performer.
   
    
3. Who makes the travel arrangements?
   
   You do, if you desire.  However, Ma & Pa Productions will make them as a service to our sponsors free of charge.  Some honorariums include travel.
