delinquent in Band of the Hand, a stranger with a mysterious past in Above the Rim) as he is in comedies (Jimmy Sands in the Halloween film Bats, married West Indies man in
Side Streets) or musicals (David Ruffin in NBCs mini-series The Temptations, The Five Heartbeats, Jackie Wilson in the NBC movie Mr. Rock 'n Roll: The Alan Freed Story
