Brooke Stephens, a 20-year veteran
of Wall Street, began her career with Chase Manhattan Bank as an independent trade officer in West Africa and was a senior investment consultant / assistant vice president for Citicorp Investment Services in New
York. Ms. Stephens has been a certified financial planner, a stockbroker, an insurance agent and a registered investment advisor with her own consulting firm in Brooklyn, NY. She completed her studies in
marketing and finance at Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration and has a B.A. degree from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee and a M.A. from Western Michigan University.
Ms. Stephens is the author of Talking Dollars and Making Sense: A Wealth Building Guide for African-Ameircans and
Wealth Happens One Day at a Time: 356 Days to a Brighter Financial Future. She has had wide coverage in print, radio, and TV media (including two years as the weekly personal finance expert and now
